The tools we use

We are picky about what goes into your site and how the leads reach you. Here is the stack we build on and why each piece earns its place. No gatekeeping, no jargon.

What we build and host on

The framework we build every site on. Astro ships almost no JavaScript by default, so pages load in about a second instead of the several a typical WordPress theme needs. Faster pages rank better and turn more visitors into calls, which is the whole point.

Why we moved off WordPress →

Where every site we build is hosted. Cloudflare serves your pages from the edge, close to whoever is loading them, so the site stays fast and online whether it is one visitor or a thousand. It also costs next to nothing to run, so there is no fat hosting bill to pass on to you.

A working reference for the colours, type, UI elements, components and section patterns we use when building pages. It keeps the details consistent and gives us a library of proven building blocks to draw from.

How the leads reach you, and how we measure them

Web Blend lead forms

Visit Web Blend lead forms →

Every form we build does more than pass on a name and a number. Each enquiry arrives with where the person came from (Google search, an ad, a referral, an AI assistant), the page they landed on and when, every page they read on the way to the form and how long they spent on each, their device, any calculator results they worked through, and the ad click identifiers your campaigns need for reporting. It also validates properly, checks the delivery actually succeeded before counting a lead, and never counts the same enquiry twice. You get one email per lead with the whole story in it, so you can reply to the question they actually had.

Exit offers

Visit Exit offers →

A short, page-specific offer that appears only when a visitor goes to leave: a free review on a website page, a review plan on a reviews page, an automation map on a job-software page. It never shows on arrival, never on the contact form, and once someone closes it, it stays away for a week. It has already turned leaving visitors into real enquiries.

How the enquiry forms on our sites reach you. A new enquiry lands straight in your inbox the moment someone hits send, with no database to hack and no plugin to break. It also delivers to a ServiceM8 or Tradify inbox address, so a web lead can become a job in your system with every field mapped.

GoHighLevel

Visit GoHighLevel ↗

The customer relationship system we connect lead forms to when a business wants follow-up automated: missed-call text-back, quote follow-up, review requests and a pipeline of every enquiry. Each form lead is pushed in with its full visit context, so the automation knows what the person was looking for.

GoHighLevel for tradies →

The job management system most of our plumbing and electrical clients run on. Web leads can land straight in the ServiceM8 inbox as a new job with the customer details already filled in, and we can connect it to Google Ads so a booked job counts as a conversion.

Google Analytics 4

How we see what your site is actually doing: where people land, where they drop off, and what leads to an enquiry. We set it up properly so the numbers mean something, then read them for you instead of handing over a login you never open.

How people find you in the first place

Google Business Profile

The free listing that puts you on Google Maps and in the local pack when someone searches your trade nearby. For most local businesses it is the single biggest source of calls, so we make sure yours is filled out, verified, and pulling in reviews.

How we put you at the top of search the day you need work, not months down the track. We build the account around the jobs worth the most to you, track every call and form, and shift budget toward what actually books jobs.

How we work out what your competitors are doing

Where we pull the market data Google will not hand over: the ads your competitors are running right now, what they are posting, and who is chasing the same jobs as you. It puts hundreds of data sources behind one interface, so when we plan your ads or your next batch of pages we are working from what is actually happening in your market, not a hunch.

This is the stack we put to work for every client. Want it working for you? Get a quote.
