// NDIS WEBSITE DESIGN
Website design for NDIS providers
Websites for NDIS providers where accessibility is the product, not a checkbox. Built with WCAG guidelines in mind, written in plain language, and fast on any device, so participants, families and support coordinators can actually find and use your site.
// WHY IT MATTERS
Participants, families and support coordinators all need to find and read your site
An NDIS provider's website has to work for more people than most business sites: participants with a range of access needs, family members and carers helping them decide, and support coordinators checking you out on a phone between appointments. If the contrast is weak, the text is dense, or the page is slow to load, you have lost someone before they even reach your services.
We treat accessibility as core to the build, not a plugin bolted on afterwards, the same discipline we bring to every web design in Darwin project and every site we build across the NT.
// WHAT'S INCLUDED
What an NDIS-appropriate site includes
No bloat, no plugins doing half a job. A full multi-page conversion website starts from $2,800, built around what NDIS visitors actually need from a provider site.
Accessible design
Built with WCAG guidelines in mind: strong colour contrast, readable text sizes, and a layout that works with a keyboard, not just a mouse.
Plain language
Copy written in plain English, no jargon, so participants and families can actually understand what you offer and how to reach you.
Fast on any device
Hand-coded and edge-hosted, so the site loads quickly on a phone, even for people on a slower connection in a regional area.
Clear service + eligibility info
What you offer, who it is for, and how to access it, laid out clearly instead of buried in a PDF or a wall of text.
Enquiry paths that work
Contact forms and click-to-call that actually get through to you, so participants and support coordinators can reach you easily.

// QUESTIONS
Straight answers before you ask

Get in touchWhat makes a website NDIS-appropriate?
An NDIS-appropriate site is built with WCAG guidelines in mind, strong contrast, readable text, and a layout that works with a keyboard, alongside plain-language copy, a fast load on any device, and clear information on your services and eligibility. The goal is that a participant, a family member, or a support coordinator can all find and understand what you offer without a fight.
Do you understand NDIS provider marketing rules?
We're not NDIS compliance specialists, and we won't pretend to be. We build the site to be clear, accurate and easy to navigate, but what you say about your services, pricing and eligibility stays your call and your responsibility as the provider. If you're not sure your content meets NDIS marketing guidelines, that's worth checking with the NDIS Commission or your own compliance advisor before it goes live.
How much does it cost?
Web design starts from $495 for a hand-coded single-page site. A full multi-page conversion website starts from $2,800. The difference comes down to how many pages and services you need to cover, and whether you want us to write the content for you. You get one clear number before anything starts.
Can participants book or enquire through the site?
Yes. Every site we build has clear enquiry paths, quote or contact forms and click-to-call, that go straight to you. That covers most providers. If you need an actual booking or scheduling system built into the site, we can scope that as an add-on rather than promise it is already there.
