// SERVICEM8 + GOHIGHLEVEL

ServiceM8 GoHighLevel integration, wired as one system

ServiceM8 GoHighLevel integration means a lead that converts in GoHighLevel opens a matching job in ServiceM8, without anyone typing the same customer in twice. Send job status back the other way as well if your follow-up needs it. ServiceM8 ships no official GoHighLevel add-on, so this one gets built. We build it, as a ServiceM8 Bronze Partner that runs the GoHighLevel stack in-house.

// WHAT IT ACTUALLY DOES

What a ServiceM8 GoHighLevel integration actually connects

GoHighLevel is where the lead lands, gets chased and gets sold. ServiceM8 is where the job gets booked, done, quoted and invoiced. Nothing joins them out of the box, so the office retypes the same customer into two systems and then has to guess which one is telling the truth.

01 · Trigger Lead converts in GoHighLevel

An opportunity reaches the stage you nominate, or a booking is confirmed. Your sales flow does not change.

02 · Automatic Client and job created in ServiceM8

Contact, address, job description and lead source carried across, matched so you do not end up with duplicates.

03 · Scoped per build Job status can return to the pipeline

Quoted, scheduled, completed, invoiced. Worth doing when your follow-up needs to know what is happening on site, and worth skipping when it does not.

04 · Then Follow-up fires off real events

Quote chasing, reminders and review requests trigger from job reality, and stop when the job is won.

// WHAT MOVES WHICH WAY

What syncs, and in which direction

You agree exactly what crosses over before we connect ServiceM8 to GoHighLevel. This is the shape most trade businesses land on, in both directions, once they stop patching it by hand.

GoHighLevel → ServiceM8

The lead becomes a job

  • A new or converted GoHighLevel contact becomes a ServiceM8 client, matched on phone and email.
  • A won opportunity or a confirmed booking creates the job, with the address and the job description already filled in.
  • Lead source and campaign carried onto the job, so months later you can see which marketing produced which work.
  • Form answers and notes attached to the job, so the tech reads what the customer actually asked for.
ServiceM8 → GoHighLevel

The job tells the truth back

  • Job status changes move the opportunity along the pipeline instead of someone dragging cards by hand.
  • Quote sent starts the follow-up sequence. Quote accepted stops it.
  • Job completed can trigger the review request, at the moment the customer is happiest.
  • Invoice paid closes the loop, so real revenue sits against the campaign that produced it.

// FIT

Who this is for, and who should buy a connector instead

Honest version first. Zapier, Make and a handful of small self-serve connector tools will push contacts from GoHighLevel into ServiceM8 for a monthly subscription, often under $20 a month. If that is genuinely all you need, buy one of those. We will tell you the same thing on the phone.

Worth a build
  • The office is entering the same customer twice, into two systems, every week.
  • The GoHighLevel pipeline and what is actually happening in ServiceM8 have drifted apart.
  • Follow-up keeps chasing people whose job is already booked, and stops chasing the ones who went quiet.
  • You want it built, tested against your real jobs, and supported by someone when a platform changes.
  • You run GoHighLevel for trade clients as an agency and want the job system connected without owning the build.
Buy the cheap tool
  • One-way contact sync is genuinely all you need, and nothing has to come back the other way.
  • You are happy building the workflow yourself and maintaining it when an API changes underneath it.
  • You are not running both systems properly yet. Get GoHighLevel set up and ServiceM8 tidy first.
  • Your job volume is low enough that typing it in twice costs less than a build does.

// WHAT YOU GET

What we build, and what we keep running

A connector template gives you a trigger and an action. A lead-to-job system needs more than that, and the parts it skips are exactly where these integrations quietly fall over six weeks later.

// HOW THE BUILD RUNS

Four steps from two disconnected systems to one

01

Map the flow you have now

We walk your GoHighLevel pipeline and your ServiceM8 setup and write down what a lead does today, including every step a human currently does by hand.

02

Agree the field map

Exactly which fields move, in which direction, and what triggers each move. You sign off on that before a line of it gets built.

03

Build and test on real data

We wire the directions you actually need, run it against your real jobs safely, then break it on purpose to check it fails the way it should.

04

Hand over and support it

You get the flow documented, and a clear answer on who fixes it when GoHighLevel or ServiceM8 changes something. That part is the job, not an extra.

// PRICING

From $1,800, one fixed number before we start

Connecting the two systems is priced from $1,800 setup as part of our automation service. We look at your pipeline, your job flow and how much has to cross over, then give you one fixed number before any work starts. No hourly billing, no lock-in contract, and no monthly fee for the integration itself.

Web Blend is a ServiceM8 Bronze Partner and runs GoHighLevel in-house for clients, so neither platform is one we are guessing at. If missed calls are the bigger leak right now, start with ServiceM8 missed call text back instead. If job photos and paperwork are the mess, look at ServiceM8 Google Drive integration, and the full menu of builds sits on ServiceM8 automation setup.

// QUESTIONS

Straight answers before you ask

Not sure whether you need a build or a $20 connector? Ask us directly and we'll give you a straight answer, no jargon, no pressure.

Get in touch
Does ServiceM8 have an official GoHighLevel add-on?

No. There is no GoHighLevel integration in the ServiceM8 add-on directory, and GoHighLevel does not ship a native ServiceM8 connection either. Anything joining the two is built on top of their APIs and webhooks, whether that is a connector tool, you, or us.

Can I just use Zapier or one of the cheap connector tools?

Yes, and if simple one-way contact sync is all you need, that is the right answer and it costs a fraction of a build. Those tools run out at two-way status sync, deciding which system wins when the two disagree, duplicate matching across phone and email, the awkward cases like cancelled jobs, and having someone to fix it when a platform changes. That gap is what a done-for-you build covers, and if you do not need it, do not pay for it.

What happens if the sync breaks?

Something on one side will eventually change, that is true of every integration ever built. So the build is designed to fail safe: events queue and retry rather than disappearing, and the logic will not open a second job because a first attempt half-finished. We get alerted when a failure sticks. Who fixes it, and how quickly, is agreed in the scope in writing before the build starts.

I run GoHighLevel for trade clients. Can you build this for my client?

Yes. We work with the agency directly or alongside the client, whichever suits, inside the GoHighLevel sub-account and the ServiceM8 account that already exist. You keep the client relationship, we do the wiring.

Does the team have to change how they use ServiceM8?

No. ServiceM8 stays the job system, GoHighLevel stays the marketing and sales system, and the integration runs between them. Nobody on the tools has to learn new software, and no data leaves the accounts you already own.

How much does it cost?

A ServiceM8 to GoHighLevel build starts from $1,800 setup, scoped inside our automation service. The number depends on how much crosses over and in how many directions. You get one fixed price before any work starts, no hourly billing, no lock-in contract.
