Simpro GoHighLevel integration that keeps quotes and jobs in step
Simpro GoHighLevel integration connects the two systems so an enquiry
won in GoHighLevel opens a matching lead, quote or job in Simpro, and
Simpro status changes move your GoHighLevel pipeline without anyone
retyping them. Simpro does not build its own GoHighLevel integration,
so this one runs on Simpro's API and webhooks. We build it, and Web
Blend runs GoHighLevel in-house for Australian trade businesses.
What a Simpro GoHighLevel integration actually connects
GoHighLevel is where the enquiry lands, gets chased and gets won. Simpro
is where it gets quoted, scheduled, done and invoiced. Simpro's API
exposes leads, customers, sites, quotes, jobs and invoices, and its
webhooks announce status changes on each, which is what the integration
is built on.

does not.
// WHAT MOVES WHICH WAY
What syncs, and in which direction
You agree exactly what crosses over before we connect Simpro to
GoHighLevel. This is the shape most larger trade and contracting
businesses land on.
GoHighLevel → Simpro
The enquiry becomes work
A GoHighLevel contact that reaches the stage you pick becomes a Simpro lead, or goes straight to an individual customer and site if your office skips leads.
A won opportunity creates the quote or the service job, with the site address and the scope from the enquiry already on it.
Lead source and campaign written into a Simpro custom field, so the estimator can see where the work came from.
Form answers and call notes added as notes on the lead, quote or job, so nobody asks the customer the same questions twice.
Simpro → GoHighLevel
Simpro tells the pipeline the truth
Quote status changes in Simpro move the opportunity along the pipeline. Quote sent starts follow-up, quote accepted stops it.
Job status changes, such as scheduled or complete, trigger customer reminders and the review request at the right moment.
Invoice status and customer payments close the loop, so revenue sits against the marketing that produced the job.
Customers and sites created straight in Simpro can land in GoHighLevel as contacts, so repeat and maintenance clients get your nurture too.
// FIT
Who this is for, and who should not buy it
Honest version first. Other routes exist. TNT-Integration is listed on
the Simpro Marketplace as a GoHighLevel connector on a monthly
subscription, SyncEzy sells a Simpro and GoHighLevel sync, and Zapier's
Simpro app pairs with LeadConnector. If one of those already fits how
your office runs, use it. We will tell you the same on the phone.
Worth a build
Estimators or the office are typing enquiries from GoHighLevel into Simpro by hand every day.
Your pipeline says one thing and Simpro quote statuses say another, and nobody trusts either.
Quotes go out and nobody follows them up consistently, because Simpro and your follow-up do not talk.
You run a multi-company Simpro build, or several branches, and need records landing in the right company.
You want two-way sync scoped, tested on your real data and supported in writing when either platform changes.
Do not buy this if
A packaged sync already fits how you work. TNT-Integration on the Simpro Marketplace and SyncEzy both sell Simpro and GoHighLevel syncs, and a Zapier Simpro and LeadConnector zap covers simple one-way flows.
You are comfortable building in Zapier yourself and fixing it when a field or status changes.
Simpro is still being implemented. Finish the rollout and settle your status codes first, then connect it.
Your enquiry volume is low enough that retyping it costs less than a build does.
// WHAT YOU GET
What we build, and what we keep running
A connector template gives you a trigger and an action. Simpro has more
moving parts than most job systems, and the parts a template skips are
where these integrations fall over a month later.
A field map signed off before anything is wired: which objects move, in which direction, and which system wins when they disagree.
The right Simpro object for your workflow. Some offices want every enquiry as a lead; others go straight to a quote or a job. We map it to how yours already runs.
Duplicate handling that searches Simpro customers and contacts on phone and email before creating anything.
Webhook handling done properly. Simpro webhooks send a reference ID, not the record, so the build fetches the detail and ignores the changes that do not matter.
Rate limits respected. Simpro caps an integration at 10 API requests a second per build, so bulk updates queue instead of failing.
Failure handling that fails safe, with retries and alerting when something sticks, so a missed event never quietly becomes a lost quote.
The finished flow documented in plain English, plus a written support arrangement for when Simpro or GoHighLevel changes.
// HOW THE BUILD RUNS
Four steps from two disconnected systems to one
01
Map the flow you have now
We walk your GoHighLevel pipeline and your Simpro lead, quote and job workflow, including the status codes you use and every step someone does by hand.
02
Agree the field map
Which objects move, in which direction, and which Simpro status triggers each move. You sign off before a line of it is built.
03
Connect and test safely
Your Simpro admin grants API access and sets the webhook subscription. We build, test against real records without touching live customers, then break it on purpose.
04
Hand over and support it
You get the flow documented and a clear agreement on who fixes it, and how fast, when either platform changes something.
// SIMPRO INTEGRATIONS
Simpro integrations: the three routes, and where this build fits
Most Simpro integrations come through one of three routes. Pick the
lightest one that does the job.
01
The Simpro Marketplace
Packaged add-ons, grouped on the
Simpro Marketplace
into categories such as Sales & Marketing, Supplier / Wholesaler,
Safety & Compliance, Estimating & Materials, Voice (VOIP) and
Workflows & Automations, as at September 2026. Check here first.
02
Zapier
Zapier's Simpro app has triggers for quotes, jobs, customers and
sites, and actions such as create lead and create service job. It
suits simple one-way flows you are happy to maintain yourself.
03
A custom build on the API
Simpro's REST API and webhooks, for two-way sync, duplicate matching
and multi-company builds. This is the route the GoHighLevel
integration on this page takes.
Where we fit: we build the CRM and marketing side, connecting Simpro to
GoHighLevel. Web Blend is not a Simpro partner, and we do not build
accounting or supplier integrations, so for those start with the
Marketplace.
// PRICING
From $1,800 + GST, one fixed number before we start
A Simpro GoHighLevel integration starts from $1,800 + GST setup as part of our
automation service.
Simpro builds are often bigger than other job systems: multi-company
builds and full two-way status sync are quoted higher once we have
mapped your workflow. Either way you get one fixed number before any
work starts, with no hourly billing and no lock-in contract.
Does Simpro have an official GoHighLevel integration?
No. Simpro does not build its own GoHighLevel integration. The GoHighLevel connector listed on the Simpro Marketplace, TNT-Integration, is made by a third party, SyncEzy sells its own Simpro and GoHighLevel sync, and every other route runs on Simpro’s REST API and webhooks, through a tool like Zapier or a custom build.
Can I connect Simpro to GoHighLevel with Zapier?
Yes. Zapier has a Simpro app with triggers for new or updated quotes, jobs, customers and sites, and actions such as create lead, create individual customer and create service job. It pairs with LeadConnector, GoHighLevel’s Zapier app. For simple one-way sync that is the cheaper answer. It gets harder with two-way status sync, duplicate matching, multi-company builds and support when something breaks.
What integrations does Simpro have?
As at September 2026, the Simpro Marketplace groups add-ons into categories including Accounting & Finance, Payments, Sales & Marketing, Supplier / Wholesaler, Safety & Compliance, Estimating & Materials, Voice (VOIP) and Workflows & Automations. Beyond the Marketplace, Zapier has a Simpro app, and Simpro’s REST API and webhooks support custom builds. We build the GoHighLevel side of that on the API.
What does Simpro need to allow an integration?
Someone with admin rights in your Simpro build goes to System, Setup, API, Applications and requests access for the integration. Webhook subscriptions are created in the same API menu, choosing the events to send, such as quote status or job status changes. We walk your admin through both. Apps from Simpro Integration Partners are already registered with Simpro, so they are simpler for an admin to enable.
Can job and quote status in Simpro update my GoHighLevel pipeline?
Yes. Simpro sends webhook events when a lead, quote, job or invoice status changes, and when a payment is recorded. The integration reads the updated record through the API and moves the matching GoHighLevel opportunity, so quote follow-up and review requests run off what is actually happening in Simpro.
We run a multi-company Simpro build. Does that change anything?
It changes the scope, not whether it can be done. Simpro’s API addresses every record by company, so the build has to decide which company each GoHighLevel enquiry belongs to, and which branch’s status changes flow back. Multi-company and two-way builds are quoted higher after scoping.
How much does a Simpro GoHighLevel integration cost?
A Simpro GoHighLevel integration starts from $1,800 + GST setup, inside our automation service. Multi-company builds and full two-way status sync are quoted higher once we have mapped your workflow. You get one fixed price before work starts, no hourly billing and no lock-in contract.
