// SERVICEM8 + GOOGLE DRIVE

ServiceM8 Google Drive integration

ServiceM8 Google Drive integration saves every job's photos and job data into organised Drive folders, automatically, as the work is completed. The connector platforms will sell you a template and leave you to wire it. We build the whole thing for you, as a ServiceM8 Bronze Partner, into the account you already run.

// HOW THE BUILD WORKS

How the build works

ServiceM8 keeps photos and paperwork inside each job card. That works day to day, but getting anything back out later means opening jobs one at a time. Our build copies everything into your own Google Drive as jobs are completed, filed the same way every time.

01 · Trigger Job completed in ServiceM8

Your team finishes the job and closes it out the way they already do. Nothing new to learn.

02 · Automatic Photos and job data copied out

Every photo and the job's details are picked up without anyone dragging a file.

03 · Filed One organised Drive folder per job

Named so the office can find it. A folder tree, not a dump folder.

04 · Yours Searchable by the whole team

Open Drive, search, done. The record is yours, even years after the job.

// YOUR RECORDS, YOUR ACCOUNT

ServiceM8 document storage you actually control

ServiceM8 document storage lives inside each job card, which is fine until the business record you need is scattered across thousands of jobs in someone else's system. The Drive copy gives you one organised folder tree in your own Google account, per job, in a structure your office agreed on before the build.

ServiceM8 stays your job system. This does not replace it, it runs alongside it, so the day the accountant, the insurer or a customer asks for the paperwork from an old job, it is a search away instead of an afternoon of clicking through job cards.

// WHAT IT UNLOCKS

What organised job data unlocks

The file sync is the plumbing. The point is what your business can do once every job's photos and data land in one searchable place.

// REAL BUILD, REAL CLIENT

Built and running for Bay Plumbing & Drainage

This is not a concept page. The build above runs today for Bay Plumbing & Drainage, a plumbing and drainage client whose website and Google Ads we also look after. Every job their team completes saves its photos and job data to organised Drive folders automatically.

The team searches the images when they need them, and AI drafts blog posts and case studies from the captured job data, from jobs that actually happened. We are not publishing performance numbers for it, because we do not publish numbers we cannot stand behind.

// PRICING

From $1,800, one fixed number before we start

ServiceM8 file sync into Google Drive is priced from $1,800 setup as part of our automation service. Bigger builds get one fixed number before any work starts, no hourly billing, no lock-in contract.

Web Blend is a ServiceM8 Bronze Partner. If missed calls are the bigger leak right now, start with ServiceM8 missed call text back instead, or see the full menu on ServiceM8 automation setup.

Get in touch
Can I just use Zapier or Make for this?

Yes. Zapier, Make and similar tools can connect ServiceM8 to Google Drive, and if you are happy building and maintaining the workflow yourself, that is a fair option. The done-for-you build adds the parts the connector templates skip: a folder structure designed around how your team files jobs, testing on real job data before it goes live, someone to fix it when an update breaks the flow, and job data captured in a shape that search and AI content can actually use.

What actually gets saved to Google Drive?

Job photos and job data for each job, filed into an organised folder per job. The exact shape is agreed with you before the build starts: what triggers the save, what gets copied, and how the folders are named.

Does ServiceM8 already store my photos?

Yes, against each job card, and that does not change. The Drive copy exists because getting files back out of individual job cards is slow, and because a folder tree you own is easier to search, share and reuse. It is your own organised archive running alongside ServiceM8.

Is this an official ServiceM8 add-on?

No. It is a custom integration between your ServiceM8 account and your Google Drive, built and tested by us. Web Blend is a ServiceM8 Bronze Partner, and nothing about how your team uses ServiceM8 day to day changes.

How much does it cost?

ServiceM8 file sync into Google Drive starts from $1,800 setup, scoped inside our automation service. We look at your job flow and what you want captured, then give you one fixed number before any work starts. No hourly billing, no lock-in contract.
