Tradify GoHighLevel integration, built around what Tradify allows
Tradify GoHighLevel integration means a lead that qualifies in
GoHighLevel lands in Tradify as an enquiry, and a paid invoice tells
GoHighLevel the job happened, without anyone retyping the customer.
Tradify has no GoHighLevel integration and no Zapier app, so this one
gets built. We build it, and Web Blend runs GoHighLevel in-house for
trade businesses.
What a Tradify GoHighLevel integration actually connects
GoHighLevel is where the lead lands, gets chased and gets sold. Tradify
is where the job gets quoted, scheduled and invoiced. Tradify’s help
centre documents no public API, no webhooks and no Zapier app. Its
official integrations are accounting and payments: Xero, QuickBooks
Online, MYOB and Stripe card payments. So the build uses the doors
Tradify does document, and is upfront about the ones it does not.

// WHAT MOVES WHICH WAY
What syncs, and in which direction
You agree exactly what crosses over before we connect Tradify to
GoHighLevel. This is the shape most trade businesses on Tradify can
realistically run, in both directions.
GoHighLevel → Tradify
The lead becomes an enquiry
A GoHighLevel lead that reaches the stage you nominate is sent to your Tradify Enquiries email address, which Tradify turns into an enquiry in its inbox.
The enquiry carries the name, phone, email, site address and what the customer asked for, laid out so the office can use Copy To Job without retyping.
Lead source and campaign written into the enquiry, ready to go into the Lead Source field on the Tradify customer, which then shows in your customer exports.
Form answers and any links to uploaded photos included, so the tech reads what the customer actually asked for.
Tradify → GoHighLevel
The paid job tells the truth back
Invoice paid: if you run Xero, payment on the invoice Tradify sent over can mark the GoHighLevel opportunity won and stop any follow-up still running.
The same paid invoice can trigger the review request in GoHighLevel, once the work is done and paid for.
Past customers: a Tradify customer or jobs export loaded into GoHighLevel for reactivation and review campaigns, on a schedule you set.
// FIT
Who this is for, and who should not buy it
Honest version first. There is no Tradify app on Zapier or Make, so the
usual cheap connector route does not exist here. The cheap route that
does exist is free: point a GoHighLevel email notification at your
Tradify Enquiries address and test it. If that covers you, do that. We
will tell you the same thing on the phone.
Worth a build
Leads come in through GoHighLevel ads, forms, calls and chat, and the office retypes every one into Tradify.
Follow-up in GoHighLevel keeps running on customers who have already paid, because nothing tells it the job happened.
You want review requests and win tracking tied to real paid invoices, not to someone remembering to tick a box.
You want it built, tested against your real enquiries, and supported by someone when either platform changes.
You run GoHighLevel for trade clients as an agency and want their Tradify account joined up without owning the build.
Do it yourself, or skip it
Getting the lead into Tradify is all you need. Point a GoHighLevel notification at your Tradify Enquiries email yourself, or embed Tradify’s own enquiry web form.
Quote chasing is the main gap. Tradify has quote reminders by email and text built in, so switch those on first.
You need live job status and quote accepted flowing back in real time. Tradify does not document a way to read those, so no build can promise it.
Your lead volume is low enough that copying enquiries across by hand costs less than a build does.
// WHAT YOU GET
What we build, and what we keep running
Forwarding one email is easy. A lead system that stays accurate for
months needs more than that, and the parts a quick setup skips are
where these joins quietly fall over.
A field map agreed before anything is wired: what crosses over, what stays put, and which system owns the customer record.
Enquiry emails formatted and tested so they get past Tradify’s filter, which drops messages from no-reply addresses, emails with unsubscribe links and anything flagged as bulk.
Matching on email and phone, so a paid invoice in Xero finds the right GoHighLevel contact instead of opening a second one.
The awkward cases handled: repeat customers, a lead that enquires twice, invoices raised for someone GoHighLevel has never seen.
Failure handling that fails safe. If a step cannot complete, it retries or alerts rather than silently dropping the lead.
The finished flow documented in plain English, including the steps that stay manual in Tradify, plus a support arrangement in writing.
// HOW THE BUILD RUNS
Four steps from two disconnected systems to one
01
Map the flow you have now
We walk your GoHighLevel pipeline, your Tradify enquiries and jobs, and your accounting setup, and write down every step a person does by hand today.
02
Agree what is possible
Tradify has no public API, so we are plain about which directions can be automated and which stay manual. You sign off on the field map before anything is built.
03
Build and test on real data
We send real test enquiries into Tradify, run invoices through a safe path, then break it on purpose to check it fails the way it should.
04
Hand over and support it
You get the flow documented and a clear answer on who fixes it when GoHighLevel, Tradify or Xero changes something.
// PRICING
From $1,800 + GST, one fixed number before we start
Connecting Tradify and GoHighLevel is priced from $1,800 + GST setup as part of our
automation service.
We look at your pipeline, your enquiry flow and your accounting setup,
then give you one fixed number before any work starts. No hourly
billing, no lock-in contract, and no monthly fee from us for the
integration itself.
Not natively. Tradify has no GoHighLevel integration, no Zapier or Make app, and its help centre documents no public API or webhooks. Its official integrations are accounting and payments: Xero, QuickBooks Online, MYOB and Stripe card payments. A Tradify GoHighLevel integration is built around what Tradify does document: its Enquiries forwarding email address on the way in, and your accounting sync on the way out.
Can I connect Tradify to GoHighLevel with Zapier?
Not directly, because there is no Tradify app on Zapier or Make. GoHighLevel can send to Zapier, but there is nothing on the Tradify side for Zapier to talk to. If you only need leads to land in Tradify, you do not need Zapier at all: send a GoHighLevel email notification to your Tradify Enquiries address and each one becomes an enquiry. Test it first, because Tradify filters out automated and bulk emails.
Can Tradify job status sync back to my GoHighLevel pipeline?
Only partly. Tradify does not document any way for another system to read job status or quote acceptance, so real-time status sync is not something anyone can honestly promise. What can come back: paid invoices through Xero, and customer or job exports on a schedule. If you need full two-way status sync, ServiceM8 exposes more to build on.
Will GoHighLevel leads create jobs in Tradify automatically?
They create enquiries automatically. Tradify converts every email sent to your Enquiries forwarding address into an enquiry, and the office then uses Copy To Job, which can fill the customer fields from the enquiry. That one click stays with a person, which also means nobody books a job for a lead that turns out to be spam.
Do I need Xero for the invoice side to work?
For the paid invoice trigger as we usually build it, yes. Tradify describes a two-way sync with Xero where payments reconciled in Xero sync back to Tradify, and Xero publishes invoice webhooks that an integration can listen for and pass on to GoHighLevel. If you run QuickBooks Online or MYOB instead, we check what that platform exposes during scoping and tell you before you pay anything.
How much does a Tradify GoHighLevel integration cost?
A Tradify to GoHighLevel build starts from $1,800 + GST setup, scoped inside our automation service. The number depends on how many directions you need and whether the invoice side is included. You get one fixed price before any work starts, no hourly billing and no lock-in contract. GoHighLevel's premium workflow actions can carry small per-run charges of their own, and we flag those in the scope.
