Where the job details are not settled yet, the job can land as a draft so the office finishes it in Fergus.
Form answers and call notes attached as a Fergus note, so whoever prices the job reads what the customer actually asked for.

Quote status changes (published, accepted, declined) move the opportunity along the pipeline instead of someone dragging cards by hand.
Quote Sent starts the follow-up sequence. Quote accepted or declined stops it.

A customer invoice marked paid closes the loop, so real revenue sits against the campaign that produced it.

Does Fergus have an official GoHighLevel integration?
No. GoHighLevel is not on the Fergus integrations list, and Fergus does not ship a GoHighLevel connection. Fergus offers two ways to connect other software: its Open API, and a Fergus app on Zapier. Anything joining Fergus and GoHighLevel is built on one of those, whether that is you, a connector tool or us.
Can I connect Fergus to GoHighLevel with Zapier?
Yes. The Fergus app on Zapier pairs with LeadConnector, the GoHighLevel app, and covers simple flows well: a pipeline stage change in GoHighLevel can create a Fergus customer and job. If that is all you need, use it. Fergus also says it does not build Zaps for individual customers, so the setup and upkeep are yours. A build is worth it when you need two-way status sync, duplicate matching, and someone accountable when it breaks.
Does Fergus have an API?
Yes. Fergus launched personal access tokens for its Open API in July 2025. Admin and Full Users can each generate one token, which lasts 365 days and carries that user’s access level. The API covers jobs, quotes, customer invoices, customers, sites, contacts, enquiries, notes and more, and is limited to 100 requests a minute per company.
Does the sync from Fergus back to GoHighLevel happen instantly?
Not instantly. The public Fergus API documentation lists no webhooks, so a Fergus change such as a quote being accepted is picked up by checking for recently modified records on a short schedule. For pipeline stages and follow-up that is plenty. If Fergus publishes webhooks, the build can switch to them.
Does the team have to change how they use Fergus?
No. Fergus stays the job system, GoHighLevel stays the marketing and sales system, and the integration runs between them. Nobody on the tools has to learn new software, and no data leaves the accounts you already own.
