A done-for-you automation build is where you hand over the plan and someone else wires it up. You've already mapped the workflows. Send us the plan and you get a fixed price and a timeline, priced line by line against what you wrote, usually within 1 business day. Then we build it.

A fixed price and timeline back, usually within 1 business day, priced line by line against what you wrote. No call needed unless you want one.

One fixed price for a plan of one to five automations.
$1,800 + GST + $300 each over five
A 10-automation plan is $3,300 + GST. You can work out yours before you send it.

Also for middleware servers, more than three connected systems, or big data moves.
One automation is one trigger and everything it does in order: one GoHighLevel workflow, or one Make or n8n scenario. Pipeline stages, custom fields, tags and message templates are not counted. Your software subscriptions and SMS usage are paid by you, directly.

Usually within 1 business day, Darwin time. You get a fixed price and a timeline, priced line by line against your plan. If the plan has gaps, you get the questions we need answered instead of a discovery call.
What counts as one automation?
One trigger and everything it does in order: one GoHighLevel workflow, or one Make or n8n scenario. Branches off the same trigger count once. Pipeline stages, custom fields, tags and message templates are not counted.
Do I need a call first?
No. The plan is the brief. If you would rather talk it through, say so in the form or reply to our email and we will book one.
Whose accounts is it built in?
Yours. We build inside your own GoHighLevel, ServiceM8 and Make or n8n accounts and you keep every login. If we part ways, everything we built stays where it is.
Can the NT Grow Your Business grant pay for the build?
We will not relabel a build as strategy or training to fit a grant. The program funds advisory work such as planning, and a build quoted as something else puts the whole application at risk. If you also want advisory work the grant can fund, we quote it separately, and the build price stays the same either way.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. The build is a one-off fixed price, from $1,800 + GST, and you pay your own software subscriptions and SMS usage directly. Ongoing monitoring is a separate, optional extra called Automation Rescue + Watch. You never need it to keep what we built.
