The ServiceM8 partner program, explained
The ServiceM8 partner program has four levels: Starter, Bronze, Silver and Gold, earned through status points a partner accumulates by connecting and implementing client accounts, per ServiceM8's own partner program documentation. Higher tiers mean more connected accounts, so a tier tells you how much ServiceM8 work a partner does, not what kind: a Gold partner may run high-volume standard setups, while custom API and automation work can sit anywhere on the ladder.
ServiceM8's public Partner Directory lists registered partners by region, and it is a reasonable starting point. When you are choosing, the question that separates candidates is not the badge, it is "show me something you have built": real workflows, real automations, real data builds in live accounts. That is the standard this page is written to, and it is how we suggest you judge us too. Whoever you pick, insist on a fixed price up front. Ours is published on our pricing page: full setup is $4,800 + GST, and automation and integration builds start from $1,800 + GST.

The ServiceM8 setup and training rebate
ServiceM8 covers part of the cost of hiring a partner. As at September 2026, its Setup & Training Rebate offers new subscribers up to $2,000 in account credit when they engage a certified partner listed in the ServiceM8 Partner Directory for setup and training, pay the partner in full, and claim within 60 days. The credit comes off the monthly subscription at 50% of the plan's base price until it runs out.
Web Blend is listed in that directory. ServiceM8 approves each claim, allows one claim per business, and ends the offer when its funds run out, so read the current terms on its page before you count on the credit.

ServiceM8 training, in your own account
ServiceM8 training from a partner works best on your own job categories, templates and forms, not a demo account. We train each role separately, remotely, once the account is set up around your workflow.
Owner and team
How jobs move from enquiry to invoice in your account, taught on your own job categories and templates. Included in our full setup.
Manager and accounts
Scheduling, invoicing and the accounting connection, for whoever runs the office. Added in the Intermediate package.

Do I need a consultant, or can I set ServiceM8 up myself?
Plenty of businesses set ServiceM8 up themselves. A consultant is worth paying when you want the account configured around your actual workflow, or need something it cannot do natively: missed-call text-back, CRM integration, a job-history archive.
