ServiceM8 setup cost
ServiceM8 setup cost is really two numbers: the subscription you pay ServiceM8, which is public, and the professional setup on top, which almost nobody publishes. We publish ours: full setup is $4,800 + GST, fixed price, from a ServiceM8 Bronze Partner.

ServiceM8 pricing in AUD (checked October 2026)
ServiceM8 pricing in Australia runs from $0 to $349 a month. There is no setup fee and no per-user fee on paid plans; plans scale with jobs per month. Prices are in AUD including GST, taken from ServiceM8's own AU pricing page on 1 October 2026:

ServiceM8 pricing beyond the plan table
ServiceM8 pricing is set by jobs per month, so the plan you need is decided by your job volume, not your headcount or a feature wishlist. Each paid plan also carries an SMS credit allowance for the texts the system sends, from 100 credits a month on Starter through 300 on Growing, 1,000 on Premium and 3,000 on Premium Plus, per the plan inclusions on servicem8.com/pricing, checked 1 October 2026. A business running booking confirmations, on-my-way texts and missed-call text-back can move through an allowance faster than the job count suggests, which is worth knowing before you pick a plan on job numbers alone.
In the setups we do, most one-to-three-person trade businesses start on Starter or Growing and only cross into Premium when job volume forces it. The subscription is rarely the number that matters, though: whichever ServiceM8 plan you land on, the larger cost decision is the setup around it, covered below. Our own full setup is a fixed $4,800 + GST, and automation builds start from $1,800 + GST, priced up front like everything on our pricing page.

Data migration
