// PRICING

Three ways in, one clear number each

Every quote is a fixed figure agreed before work starts. There is no hourly rate ticking along behind it and no scope creep invoice at the end. Full breakdown on the pricing page.

$495

Single page

One page, one job: get the call.

  • Hand-coded single page, no template, no builder
  • Click-to-call and a quote form that emails you directly
  • Your services, your area, your photos
  • Hosting and SSL included

Best if you are trading now, have no site at all, and need something real in front of people quickly.

$1,500

Landing page

Built to be advertised against.

  • Everything in the single page build
  • Written for one service and one action, not a general brochure
  • Conversion tracking wired to Google Ads and Analytics
  • Speed budget held tight enough for paid traffic to be worth it

Best if you are about to spend on Google Ads and need somewhere for that traffic to land.

$2,800

Full website

A page per service, a page per town.

  • Multi-page build with a page for each service you sell
  • Gallery, reviews, about and contact
  • Structured data so Google can read what you do and where
  • Content written for you if you want it, or we work from yours

Best if you sell more than one service, or you want to be found for more than one search.

Not sure which one you need? Tell us what you sell and where you work and we will tell you the smallest thing that will actually do the job. If that is the $495 build, we will say so.

// THE BUILD

What building for the Top End actually changes

These are not style preferences. Each one is a decision made because of how people up here actually reach a website.

The phone is the whole site

Almost every quote request that comes through a trade site starts on a phone, usually one-handed, often mid-job. So the phone layout gets built first and the desktop version is the adaptation, not the other way around. Tap targets stay big enough to hit without zooming, and the phone number is reachable from any point on the page without scrolling back up.

Built for one bar of signal

Coverage past the Darwin CBD gets patchy fast, and it gets worse the moment someone is on the Stuart Highway. That is a hard engineering constraint, not a nice-to-have. Fonts are self-hosted so the page never waits on a third-party request, images are sized to the slot rather than shipped full-resolution, and the site is served from the edge instead of a single origin box interstate.

No plugin stack to break

Most Darwin business sites we are asked to rescue broke the same way: a theme and a dozen plugins that each needed updating, one of which stopped being maintained. Hand-coded pages have nothing to auto-update and nothing to conflict. There is no admin login for someone to leave unpatched for two years.

Lead capture is the point

A form that emails you is not the same as a form you can trust. Submissions are logged, tracked as a conversion, and tested before launch, so you know whether the site is actually producing work or just looking tidy. If nothing is coming through, we can tell you whether it is a traffic problem or a page problem.

~1s Typical load time
95-100 Lighthouse score
5.0★ Google rating

Those are our own measured numbers, taken from the sites we have built and from this one. We are not going to publish a client's lead figures until they have told us we can, so what you will find on recent builds is the work itself rather than a chart. Ask us on a call and we will talk you through the specifics.

// WHERE WE WORK

Darwin-based, Territory-wide

We are in the NT, not a capital-city agency running a Darwin page as a side bet. The build is the same wherever you are. What changes is what the site has to say about how far you travel.

Darwin and the northern suburbs

Home patch

The CBD through Casuarina, Nightcliff, Karama and out to Howard Springs. Most of our NT work sits here, and if a job genuinely needs someone on site, this is the area where that is easy to arrange.

Palmerston

20 km

Palmerston has been the growth end of the Top End for years, which means more new trades opening and more competition for the same searches. A business starting out here is usually not fighting an established name, it is fighting six other businesses that all launched recently and all have thin websites.

Katherine and Big Rivers

320 km

Service areas out here are measured in hours of driving, not suburbs. The website has to answer "do you come to me" before anything else, because that is the question that decides whether someone calls. We build that answer into the page rather than burying it in a contact form.

Alice Springs and Central Australia

1,500 km

You might be one of two or three options in town, which sounds like a reason to care less about the website. It is the opposite. When there is no third option, the one who looks legitimate online gets the job and the other one gets the price-check call.

We also build NDIS provider websites for organisations across the Territory, and we take on trades and service businesses Australia-wide.

// STRAIGHT TALK

Why this is one page and not four

Until July 2026 this site had separate pages for Darwin, Palmerston, Katherine and the NT generally. They were the same page four times with the town name changed: same headings, same order, same copy. That is the pattern Google calls a doorway page, and the result was exactly what you would expect. The Darwin page, the only one of the four targeting a search anyone actually makes, sat on page six.

So we took our own advice and merged them. One page, four towns, no clones. We are telling you this because the same agency that would sell you a page per suburb is the one that will leave you sitting on page six wondering why, and because it is a fair test of whether we know what we are talking about.

If getting found is the actual goal rather than just having a site, that is a separate piece of work and we treat it as one. See SEO in Darwin for how a local search project runs, or SEO for tradies for the fixed-scope version. Plumbers and electricians have their own breakdowns: SEO for plumbers and SEO for electricians.

// ALREADY HAVE A SITE

Rebuilding something that already exists

Most of the Darwin work we take on is a rebuild rather than a first site. Usually it is a WordPress build from five or six years ago that has become slow, or one nobody can log into because the person who made it has moved on.

The part that matters is the migration, not the design. We map every URL you currently have, keep the pages already earning impressions, and redirect the rest to their closest match in one hop. Rankings follow the redirect. What kills a rebuild is changing every address on the site and pointing the old ones nowhere.

If your current site is WordPress and you are weighing up whether to fix it or start again, we wrote the honest comparison: WordPress websites for tradies.

// QUESTIONS

Straight answers before you ask

Not sure if a hand-built site is the right move for your Darwin business? Ask us directly and we'll give you a straight answer, no jargon, no pressure.

Get in touch
How much does web design cost in Darwin?

Web design in Darwin starts from $495 for a hand-coded single-page site. A landing page built to run ads against is $1,500, and a full multi-page website starts from $2,800. What moves the number is how many pages you need and whether you want us to write the content for you. You get one clear figure before anything starts, and there is no hourly rate running in the background.

Do you travel to Katherine, Alice Springs or remote communities?

Most of a build genuinely does not need anyone on site. Content, photos and calls happen over phone or video, and we build, launch and host remotely, which is how we already work with clients interstate. If your project actually needs someone physically there, we will say so up front and price it separately rather than quietly padding the quote. It just is not the default.

How long does a website take to build?

Most builds go live within a few weeks of the first call. The variable is almost never us, it is how quickly we get your content and photos back. We give you a date up front and tell you what we need from you to hold it.

Do I own the website?

Yes. The site is yours, including the code. You are not renting a template or locked into a builder you can never leave, and you are not in a position where leaving means starting again from nothing. If you ever move on, you take it with you.

Can you rebuild my existing site without losing my Google rankings?

Yes, and this is worth doing properly. We map every existing URL, keep the pages that are already earning something in Google, and 301 the rest to their closest match so the history follows. The risk in a rebuild is almost never the design, it is someone changing every URL and redirecting nothing.

Why do you not have a separate page for Palmerston and Katherine?

We used to, and we took them down in July 2026. They were the same page with the town name swapped, which is the pattern Google treats as doorway pages, and it was holding down the one page that mattered. One honest page covering the whole Territory does better than four thin ones. We would give a client the same advice.

Do you only work with trades?

Trades and local service businesses are most of what we do, so that is what the examples reflect. The build is the same for any business whose website exists to make the phone ring. If you are running an online store or a booking-heavy operation, say so early, because that changes the scope.
