Do I have to book a call first?

What do I need to send?
Just your contact details and website address. That is enough to save your enquiry and start the audit checkout.
What happens after?
You get two Loom videos, a screen-recorded walkthrough and a separate priority action plan, by 5:00 pm ACST on the next business day after payment and after we receive any access or information needed. Each Loom has a full transcript you can read, search or forward to whoever does your website, and you can download both videos to keep forever. If you want us to fix the things we found, we will give you a plan and one clear price. If not, you still keep both videos.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
Cancel before we start for a full refund. Because this is a one-business-day custom service, change-of-mind refunds are not available after work starts. If we miss the delivery commitment for reasons within our control, you can choose a new delivery time or a full refund. Your Australian Consumer Law rights always apply.
