One workflow, one line on the quote
Up to five automations: $1,800 + GST. Six to 15: $300 + GST for each one over five, so a 10-workflow plan is $3,300 + GST. Sixteen or more: a fixed quote from $5,100 + GST. You pay GoHighLevel and SMS usage directly.

Send my planDo I need to give you my GoHighLevel login?
No. You add us as a user on your sub-account with the rights the build needs, and remove us whenever you like.
Will you change my plan?
Only if a line won’t work the way it’s written. The quote flags it and offers the closest version that will. You decide.
Is training included?
You get a recorded walkthrough of everything we built. Full team training isn’t part of the build. Ask and we will quote it separately.
How long does it take?
The timeline comes with the fixed price, worked out from your plan, so you know the go-live date before you say yes.
What does one automation mean?
One trigger and everything it does in order, which in GoHighLevel is one workflow. Branches off the same trigger count once. Pipeline stages, custom fields, tags and message templates are not counted.
Can the NT Grow Your Business grant pay for it?
We will not relabel a build as strategy or training to fit a grant. The program funds advisory work such as planning. If you also want advisory work the grant can fund, we quote it separately, and the build price stays the same.
