// SERVICEM8 + YOUR SPEC
ServiceM8 developer for the system you've already mapped
A ServiceM8 developer builds what ServiceM8 doesn't do on its own, using its API, webhooks and a connector like Make or n8n. You've written down what you want. Send us the spec and you get a fixed price and timeline, priced line by line, usually within 1 business day. Then we build it.
- Certified ServiceM8 Bronze Partner, based in Darwin.
- Built in your accounts. You keep every login.
- $1,800 + GST for up to five automations.

// BUILD MY BLUEPRINT
Send your plan, get a fixed price
A fixed price and timeline back, usually within 1 business day, priced line by line against what you wrote. No call needed unless you want one.
// WHAT WE BUILD
ServiceM8 builds we take on from a spec
Enquiries into ServiceM8
Website forms, booking pages and texts land in ServiceM8 through the API, with the customer’s own words on them.
Jobs created from somewhere else
A won lead in GoHighLevel or a paid booking opens the client and the job, matched on phone and email so you don’t get duplicates.
Status out to other tools
Quote sent, job completed or invoice paid starts the follow-up, the review request or the report your plan asks for.
Files where you want them
Job photos and PDFs copied into Google Drive or OneDrive, named the way your plan says.
Forms and job cards
Digital forms and the fields your techs fill in, built to match your process.
Numbers from job data
The figures your plan asks for, pulled from ServiceM8 on a schedule. Big reporting builds go in the custom band.
// BUILT TO LAST
Built so a password change can't break it
Every connection runs on a ServiceM8 API key you create, not a staff login. When someone leaves or changes a password, the build keeps running (ServiceM8 API authentication).
When a receiving system is down, ServiceM8 retries webhooks over a window of up to 72 hours (ServiceM8 developer changelog). We build for the case where it gives up anyway, and design the logic so a half-finished attempt doesn't create a second job.
// PRICE
Fixed price from the number of automations in your spec
Up to five automations: $1,800 + GST. Six to 15: $300 + GST for each one over five. Sixteen or more, or custom code on a server: a fixed quote from $5,100 + GST. You pay ServiceM8 and Make or n8n directly.
// FIT
When you need something other than a developer
- You want ServiceM8 set up, cleaned up or taught to the team: that's our ServiceM8 consultant service.
- You know something's wrong but not what: start with the $350 ServiceM8 health check.
- Your spec is a two-way sync with GoHighLevel: see ServiceM8 GoHighLevel integration.
- You want to compare ready-made connectors first: see ServiceM8 integrations.
- You want an add-on sold to other ServiceM8 users: we build for one business at a time, not apps for other ServiceM8 users.
// QUESTIONS
Straight answers before you send your spec
Something not covered here? Put it in the form with your spec and we'll answer it in the reply.
Send my specDo you build ServiceM8 add-ons?
We build private integrations for your business on the ServiceM8 API. We don’t publish public add-ons for other ServiceM8 users.
Make, n8n or code?
Whatever your spec calls for. Make suits most trade builds. n8n suits high volumes or self-hosting. Custom code on a server sits in the custom band, from $5,100 + GST.
Can you start from a spec another company wrote?
Yes. That is the point of the offer. We price the spec as written and flag any line that won’t work on ServiceM8, with the closest version that will.
How long does a ServiceM8 build take?
The timeline comes with the fixed price, worked out from your spec, so you know the go-live date before you say yes.
Do you need my ServiceM8 password?
No. A private integration connects with an API key, which you create in ServiceM8 under Settings, API Keys. You control the key, and nobody needs a staff login.
What if my spec is missing details?
You get the questions we need answered, usually within 1 business day, instead of a discovery call. Answer them and the fixed price follows.
