Service-area businesses hide the address and cap the area
Most trades go to the customer, which makes them a service-area business in Google's terms. Google's guidelines for representing your business say a service-area business without a storefront should hide its address, and that the overall service area shouldn't extend farther than about 2 hours of driving time from where the business is based.
A profile that shows a home address, or lists every suburb in the state, is working against itself. Fixing those two settings is usually the first job.

For a trade business it is the listing that shows in the map results when someone searches for your trade nearby.
Do I lose ownership of my profile if you manage it?
No. You add us as a manager, and you stay the owner. Google’s own help docs say managers have mostly the same access as owners but cannot add or remove users or delete the profile, so you can remove our access whenever you choose.
Is a Google Business Profile free?
Yes. Google states that creating a Business Profile and listing your business on Google is free. What you pay us for is the time to set it up properly and keep it current, not the listing itself.
Can you add my suburbs or services to my business name?
No. Google’s guidelines say the name should reflect your real-world business name and must not include keywords, taglines or location details. Adding them is one of the common causes of a suspended profile, so we remove them rather than add them.
Will managing my profile get me more Google reviews?
