GoHighLevel Australia: AUD pricing, local numbers and setup
GoHighLevel Australia accounts are billed in US dollars and start on US defaults. A trade business here needs six things changed before the first text goes out: the number, the US registration forms, sender rules, consent, GST and the time zone. This page covers each one, and what we set up for you.

// AUD PRICING
GoHighLevel pricing in Australian dollars
GoHighLevel prices its plans in US dollars only. These are the prices on gohighlevel.com/pricing as at 1 October 2026, converted at the Reserve Bank rate of 0.6977 US dollars per Australian dollar for 30 September 2026.
about A$139 a month
Where one trade business running it for itself usually lands. Or US$970 a year.
about A$426 a month
Unlimited sub-accounts and API access. Built for agencies managing several clients. Or US$2,970 a year.
about A$712 a month
White-label and SaaS mode, for reselling the platform. Not relevant unless you are the agency. Or US$4,970 a year.
The AUD figures are approximate. Your card is charged in US dollars, so the amount moves with the exchange rate, and many banks add a foreign transaction fee.
Usage is billed on top. GoHighLevel states that phone numbers, SMS, email sending and premium AI usage are charged separately from the plan. Texting Australian mobiles costs more per message than the US rates quoted in most reviews. Our GoHighLevel for tradies page covers what usage looks like for a trade business, and what users say about the platform.
// THE AUSTRALIAN SETUP
Six settings to change for an Australian account
GoHighLevel is an American product. Its tutorials, forms and defaults assume a US business. These are the settings that change on this side of the Pacific.
GoHighLevel can provision Australian numbers for calls and SMS. The number has to be verified with your ABN and business address. Or we wire the setup around the number you already advertise.
A2P 10DLC is a US carrier registration for US numbers. Most GoHighLevel tutorials walk you through it. It does not apply to an Australian number, so do not fill in those forms.
From 1 July 2026, texts sent from a brand name instead of a number must use a sender ID registered with the ACMA. GoHighLevel sends from a real phone number, so most trade setups are not affected.
Marketing texts and emails need consent, must say who sent them, and must include a way to unsubscribe. Missed call text-back and booking reminders are a different job to a promo blast. We set the workflows up to keep the two apart.
If you invoice or take payments from GoHighLevel, set a 10% GST tax and make the template a proper tax invoice: your ABN, the GST amount and a Tax invoice heading. If ServiceM8 already sends your invoices, keep invoicing there.
Set the account and every calendar to your own city. Queensland, the Northern Territory and Western Australia skip daylight saving, so a calendar left on Sydney time moves your booking slots by an hour from October to April.

// QUESTIONS
GoHighLevel in Australia, answered
Weighing up GoHighLevel for an Australian trade business? Ask us and we will give you a straight answer.
Get in touchDoes GoHighLevel work in Australia?
Yes. GoHighLevel runs in Australia with Australian phone numbers, SMS and email. The defaults assume a US business, so the currency, time zone, phone verification and tax settings need changing for an Australian account.
How much does GoHighLevel cost in Australia?
GoHighLevel bills in US dollars: US$97, US$297 or US$497 a month, checked on 1 October 2026. That is roughly A$139, A$426 or A$712 at the RBA rate for 30 September 2026. Phone numbers, SMS, email and AI usage are charged on top, and your bank may add a foreign transaction fee.
Do I need A2P 10DLC registration in Australia?
No. A2P 10DLC is a US requirement for US numbers. An Australian number still needs business verification, which is where your ABN and business address come in.
Can I keep my existing business number?
Yes. The setup can be wired around the number you already advertise, or use a new Australian number from GoHighLevel. Which one suits depends on how your phones run today.
Does GoHighLevel work with ServiceM8?
Not out of the box. There is no native connection either way. A ServiceM8 GoHighLevel integration is built on the two platforms’ APIs and webhooks so won leads open ServiceM8 jobs without retyping.
What does Web Blend charge to set up GoHighLevel?
A standard trade snapshot installed and tested is $997 + GST. A full setup scoped to your business starts from $1,800 + GST. The GoHighLevel subscription and usage are paid to GoHighLevel separately.
