1. Never one destination
Every enquiry goes to your job system (ServiceM8, GoHighLevel or whatever you run), a row in a spreadsheet, and an email to an inbox you actually watch. If one fails, the other two still have it.
2. An alert when it goes quiet
An n8n automation watches the submissions. If none arrive for a set period, for example 3 days, it alerts us.
3. A person checks
We test the form. If it’s broken, we fix it and help you follow up anyone who tried. If it was just a quiet week, nothing happens and you hear nothing.
A form that stops sending produces no error anywhere, so silence is the only signal there is. Form already broken? Start with contact form stopped working.

Why we watch real enquiries instead of sending fake ones
Many form monitoring tools submit a test enquiry on a schedule and check it arrives. That works, but on a site connected to ServiceM8 or GoHighLevel it puts a fake job or contact in your system every time, and someone has to clear it out. It also only tests the path the robot takes.
