// PRINTABLE CHECKLIST
Marketing account ownership checklist
Marketing account ownership checklist items confirm that your business can access, export and transfer the systems it pays for. Agency and contractor access is normal. The practical test is whether the business can keep operating and complete a clean handover when people change.

// THE STANDARD
Business ownership, supplier access
Your agency may need broad access to do its job. That does not require hiding logins or rebuilding core accounts under an employee's personal email. Keep a business-controlled administrator, then give each supplier the access its work requires.
Do not remove a current supplier during this audit. Confirm backups, billing, recovery details and the handover plan first so a security tidy-up does not interrupt the website, ads, email or phone tracking.

// REVIEW ORDER
Start with accounts that can switch everything else off
- 01
Secure identity and recovery
Confirm the domain registrar, business email administrator and two-factor recovery routes first.
- 02
Confirm access and exports
Sign in with the business user. Record how to export the website, reporting, leads and creative files.
- 03
Document billing and dependencies
List renewals, notice periods, paid plugins, call-tracking numbers and tools connected by automation.
- 04
Agree the handover before it is needed
Put access removal, file delivery, number porting and final exports into the supplier agreement.
// ONE-PAGE REGISTER
Record where access lives, not the passwords
Keep passwords and recovery codes in a proper password manager. This register only needs enough information to find the account owner and the next renewal or handover action.

Web Blend can review the accounts you can access, identify missing owner or export routes and prepare a calm handover list. We do not need your passwords to scope the work.
