The agent answers on an Australian number. The number on your van and Google listing stays the same. Depending on the platform, unanswered or after-hours calls forward to the agent, or the number is ported across.
Rules on recording calls differ between states, and federal law covers listening in on calls. The greeting says the caller is speaking with an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded. If you are unsure what applies to you, get advice.
Emergencies, complaints, existing customers and anything outside the script get a transfer rule or an urgent message to whoever is on call. The AI never has the final word on those calls.
Requests go into ServiceM8, or into GoHighLevel with the contact, transcript and follow-up attached. No separate app to check at night.

They should. We set the greeting to say it is an AI assistant. Callers are more forgiving of an AI that says what it is, and it is the honest default.
It depends on the route. ServiceM8 Phone Agent submits booking requests for review. GoHighLevel Voice AI can book into a calendar under rules you set. We test the exact booking flow on real calls before customers hear it.
Yes, through GoHighLevel. The Voice AI answers and captures the lead in GoHighLevel, and our GoHighLevel integrations pass it to your job software. What moves across depends on what each platform allows: a Tradify enquiry, or a Fergus or Simpro job.
